• The {epitools} package has some nice functions for calculating risk ratios, odds ratios, etc. from two-by-two tables.
• The {marginaleffects} package has really great functionality allowing you to compute statistics similar to Stata’s margins¹
• The tidymodels packages (work well with tidyverse) allow for more complex and principled machine learning modeling
